Proguard by Beck - New Website

We’re excited to share the launch of the new Proguard by Beck website.

Alongside the continual marketing management Pocket Rocket Consultancy provide to the Beck Group, we were delighted to take on the project management of the new Proguard by Beck website in 2020.

Background

Previously the site was built and maintained on a custom CMS, the new website build saw a transition to Magento 2 commerce. Pocket Rocket Consultancy were asked to project manage this website build, working alongside a third party web agency.

Our duties included:

• Agreed website specification to ensure website met with Beck Groups requirements

• Daily/weekly project management - Calls with web agency to ensure website progress was to timescales and to specification

• Sign off on design, development, UX, testing and go live

• Ensuring the website was inline the company vision and brand guidelines

• Migrated and created new content including product descriptions, blogs and imagery

• New product creation and existing product creation

• SEO - redirects, metadata, content structure

• Liaised with all 3rd party providers to ensure any external channels were set up and worked as expected.

• Carried out testing

We now continue to manage the website on the Beck Group’s behalf alongside providing full online and offline marketing support.
